Dish manufacturing approached our team with a request to refresh their employee recruiting assets. We executed this photoshoot over 2 days at their El Paso, Texas warehouse, capturing real employees performing over 45 different processes.

As director and photographer I was responsible for capturing the story and process. The vision was to highlight the technology being used while focusing on the human behind it. We followed every step from intake of old devices, processing, testing, and refurbishing.
