Don Norman wrote, “From our experiences and the stories of others we tend to form generalizations about the way people behave and things work.” Humans use stories to understand. Stories are a medium for organizing, packaging, and delivering meaning that can translate into real influence. My objective is to always design products that are not only functional, but tell a story.
